The Board is comprised of seven voting Board Members (one from each City Council District), the Director of the Planning Department and additional non-voting members. All Board Members are appointed by the Mayor.

The Land Bank was established by the State of Nebraska and City of Omaha.
The Omaha Municipal Land Bank’s Board of Directors meet at 9 AM on the second Wednesday of each month. Our board meetings are held at Metropolitan Community College – Fort Campus – Mule Barn Room 112.
