Pursuant to the City of Chula Vista Charter § 600 and Municipal Code Chapter 2.61, The Measure P Citizens’ Oversight Committee (“COC”) was created for the purpose of implementing Section 3.33.160.D of Measure P. Measure P is a temporary one-half cent sales tax measure approved by the voters on November 8, 2016.
