• Unanimously approved a legislative directive requesting a comprehensive fiscal analysis of the potential costs and impacts of the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR) settlement agreement.
• Unanimously approved a request to the City Auditor to conduct a similar analysis, showing the operating and fiscal impacts the city can expect as a result of the MDHR settlement agreement, provide a comparison to similar agreements in comparable jurisdictions, and provide recommendations for meaningful oversight of the settlement agreement by the City Council.
