Note: The Board of Trustees is consolidating this month’s Finance Committee and full board meeting into one session. It may run a little longer than usual.
Cleveland Public Library is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees. Members are appointed for seven-year terms by the Cleveland Metropolitan School District Board of Education.

Cleveland Public Library
The Cleveland Public Library is made up of 30 branches and the Main Library campus. Located in downtown Cleveland the main branch consists of the historic library building, built in 1925, and renovated in 1999; the Louis Stokes Wing completed in 1997; and the Eastman Reading Garden located between the two buildings. Cleveland Public Library is the third largest public research library in the country, according to their website.
